Abe Black Origarami Nama,” crafted by Abe Brewery in Niigata, follows the Silver release with its seasonal debut, once again starting with an origarami nama expression. The rice is intentionally labeled simply as “Niigata-grown rice,” and through careful fine-tuning from the yeast starter stage, the brewery achieves a stable and consistent profile even across small-batch, multi-variety brewing.
Brewed under the same concept and conditions, Vol.1-1 and Vol.1-2 present distinct expressions—one with a green-toned character, the other with a yellow-toned profile. Enjoy comparing the two to discover the depth of design and the unique character each sake reveals.
